Deansgate locks vegan market & rabbit cafe

For my negotiated major project, I will be working on the Deansgate locks building, The client, Unicorn groceries has requested to open a new pet friendly retail outlet in the centre of Manchester which will also have a vegan café with a rabbit shelter, the café will be offering the sale of homemade vegan cakes and rabbit friendly treats for customers to buy and feed the rabbits who live there. In the summer the downstairs terrace will also be open which will have outdoor seating and a play area for the bunnies. The space will only use vegan materials and products in the design to promote the vegan lifestyle as well as show people that animals are here for us to love them, not eat them!
