RIBA plan of work lecture

Today's online lecture was about the Riba plan of work 2013, I have heard of this before but never looked into it as I thought it was an old version judging by the date, however, it turns out the plan hasn't changed for 7 years because it's successful and effective as it is.

the lecture itself was very interesting as Sarah explained everything about the project which made it make more sense, I still have to do some research and read more about it to get the hang of it but I have a good idea about it. I will definitely be taking the plan into consideration when doing my work, especially my final major project in trimester 2.
